Correction of AGM date

The Board of AFH, a leading financial planning led investment management firm, announces that the Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM announcement released on 23 January 2020 under RNS No 7472A incorrectly stated the date of the Annual General Meeting as 7 March 2020 and not 6 March 2020, as correctly stated in the Notice of AGM document sent to shareholders.

The 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at AFH House, Buntsford Drive, Stoke Heath, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B60 4JE at 11:00 a.m. on Friday 6 March 2020.

The Company has uploaded an updated Proxy form to the Investor Relations section of the Company's website (www.afhfinancialgroup.com).
