aeorema communications plc, the AIM-traded multi-media specialist was informed on 23 May 2013 that on 22 May 2013 Mr. Michael Hale, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, through MHGD PTY Ltd, a company in which he has an interest, disposed of 20,000 ordinary shares in aeorema at a price of 16.01p each. This is following the wind-down of MHGD PTY Ltd.

Mr. Hale has a beneficial interest in 1,650,000 ordinary shares in aeorema, representing 20.53% of the issued share capital of the Company.
