Director/PDMR shareholding

AdEPT (AIM: ADT), a leading UK independent provider of award-winning telecommunications services for fixed line, mobile, data connectivity and VoIP, announces that Ian Fishwick, the Company's Chief Executive, has exercised options over 152,160 shares at an exercise price of 30p per share ("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Unapproved Share Option Scheme 2003.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to take place on 1 August 2013.

Ian Fishwick has subsequently sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 95p per Ordinary Share to satisfy the associated tax obligations and option exercise costs.

Following Admission and the subsequent sale, Ian Fishwick will be interested in 1,186,160 ordinary shares (representing 5.6 per cent. of the enlarged issued ordinary share capital) and 600,000 share options.

Following Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 21,219,603. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 21,219,603. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
