Issue of Equity

Further to the announcement of 12 April 2011, the Company issued 10 million new ordinary shares in the Company as consideration for the acquisition of a 30 per cent. interest in Enfinium International Holdings Limited. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 11 May 2011.

TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

For the purposes of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that the total number of ordinary shares in issue and total voting rights as at the date of this notice is 73,784,645.

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company
