The Company was informed on 1 December 2010 that on 24 November 2010 Li Yiu Keung sold his entire holding in CPE, being 4,818,515 ordinary shares, to Long Term Aim Holdings Limited. Long Term Aim Holdings Limited now holds 4,818,515 ordinary shares, representing 7.55% of the issued share capital of the Company.
