The Company was notified on 1 February 2018 that Barry Lau, Managing Partner of Adamas Asset Management (HK) Limited (which is associated with the Company's investment manager, Harmony Capital Investors Limited), acquired 30,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in ADAM on 31 January 2018 at a price of US$0.76 per share.
As a result, Mr. Lau is interested in 289,608 ordinary shares, representing 0.377% of the Company's issued share capital.
