The Company has been notified on 11th January 2021 that Mr. John Croft, Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased a total of 12,000 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 24.98 pence per ordinary share. The purchases, all part of one order, took place on 4th January (5,000 shares), 7th January (5,000 shares), and 8th January 2021 (2,000 shares), respectively. Following these transactions, Mr. John Croft holds 130,463 ordinary shares representing 0.11% of the voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company, excluding shares held in treasury.
