DawMed Systems PLC05 January 2005 DAWMED For immediate release: DawMed Systems plc Shareholdings following Share Transfer The Company has received notice from one of its directors, John Crispin, that on4 January 2005 and as part of a divorce settlement with his ex-wife, MaryCrispin, he transferred to her 600,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company.
