Past Directorships, previous 5 years: Mr. Naggar has been a Director of 60 companies. Mr Naggar was a Director of Dawnay, Day Securities Limited ("DDS"), which wasplaced into joint administrative receivership in July 1997 when its business wassold. He ceased to be a director in March 1998. DDS was subsequently put intoMembers Voluntary Liquidation; all creditors were paid out and the shareholdersreceived dividends from the liquidation. Newletter Limited ("NL"), a company of which Mr Naggar was a Director, wasplaced into Administrative Receivership in June 1997. NL was dissolved in June2000 after all creditors were paid out and dividends received from theliquidation.
