Update Following Typhoon Rammasun
The board of directors (the "Board") of Asian Citrus Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that the recent Typhoon Rammasun in Guangxi, the strongest the region has suffered in years, has caused widespread damage. The impact of the typhoon in Guangxi, where our Hepu Plantation is located, is significant and it will take the Group a period of time to quantify the physical and financial losses. The Board will provide a more detailed update as soon as practicable.
