Asian Citrus was notified on 24 May 2011 that Mr. TONG Wang Chow bought 200,000 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the Company at an average price of HK$7.295 (58.36 pence*) per share.
Mr. TONG Wang Chow is the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Following this transaction, Mr. TONG now holds 200,000 ordinary shares under his personal account and is deemed to be interested in 275,069,919 ordinary shares held by Market Ahead Investments Limited, representing 0.016% and 22.653% of the Company's issued share capital respectively. Mr. TONG Wang Chow's total beneficial holding is therefore now 275,269,919 ordinary shares, representing 22.669% of the Company's issued share capital and Mr. TONG Wang Chow also holds 3,850,000 employee share options
