Director/PDMR Shareholding
Access Intelligence Plc, (AIM: ACC) the technology innovator delivering Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for the global marketing and communications industries, was notified on 17 January 2022 that Mark Fautley, Chief Financial Officer, has acquired 8,650 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 115.83 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction, Mark Fautley's beneficial interest in the Company is 79,811 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
