Access Intelligence has been informed on 29 October 2009 that between 28 September 2009 and 23 October 2009 David Lowe, Non Executive Director, has acquired 961,111 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") for his personal account and his retirement fund at prices ranging from 4.50 to 4.85 pence per share.
Following these purchases, David Lowe's total beneficial interest will be 4,597,475 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.88% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
