Conversion Rate for the 2015 Final Dividend

Further to the announcement of the arrangements for the 2015 final dividend provided with the Company's 2015 preliminary results, Acacia has determined that the exchange rate to be applied to the 2015 final dividend is £1.00=US$1.4494. The sterling equivalent of the dividend of 2.8 cents per share will be approximately 1.9 pence per share.

The final dividend will be paid on 27 May 2016 to shareholders on the register on 06 May 2016.
