Albemarle & Bond Holdings PLC03 December 2007 ALBEMARLE & BOND HOLDINGS PLC "the Company" Director Dealing The Company was notified on 30 November 2007 that Albemarle & Bond TrusteeLimited as Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee BenefitTrust ("the EBT"), purchased 150,000 Ordinary shares of 4p each at a price of£2.36 per share. Following this purchase, the EBT is interested in 479,250Ordinary shares representing 0.89% of the Company's total issued share capital. On the same day, Mr C Nicolson and Mrs A Nicholls, wife of Mr G Nicholls, eachsold 50,000 Ordinary shares each at a sale price of £2.36 per share. Mr Nicolson and Mr Nicholls are both directors of the Company. Following the above transactions, Mr Nicholson's interest in share capital ofthe Company is 865,698 Ordinary shares representing 1.59% of the Company'sissued share capital, and Mr Nicholls' interest in the share capital of theCompany is now 547,562 Ordinary shares representing 1% of the Company's totalissued share capital.
