PDMR's Dealings
Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of life science research tools, announces that it was notified on 23 September 2015 that on that date Suzanne Smith, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 1,794 Ordinary Shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 584.77 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mrs Smith's total interest in the Company has increased by 1,794 Ordinary Shares to a total of 3,405 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital.
