Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of innovative protein research tools to help life scientists discover more, announces that on 9 December 2013 the Remuneration Committee granted the following nil cost share awards based on a price of 475 pence per 0.2 pence Ordinary Share (the closing share price on 6 December 2013) to PDMRs of the Company under the Abcam plc Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP"):
