PDMR dealing
Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of protein research tools, was today notified that on 12 September 2013 Mark Bushfield, a PDMR of the Company, exercised share options over 105,372 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company (Ordinary Shares). Mr Bushfield subsequently sold 105,372 shares at a price of 468p per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Mr Bushfield's total beneficial interest in the Company is 6,415 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.005 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
