Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of life science research tools, announces that further to the announcement made yesterday, admission to trading of the 881,030 new ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company issued in connection with the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of AxioMx, Inc. is expected to occur on or around 16th November 2015.
