Director Appointment

Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK), a leading provider of cost reduction, process improvement and collaborative innovation software and processes, is pleased to announce the appointment of Geoffrey Charlton Carss, aged 47, to the Board as Executive Vice President with responsibility for sales, marketing and professional services. 

Geoff, who has been with the Company since February 2007, brings a high level of business development expertise and industry contacts following 15 years in the consultancy and technology industries. His previous appointments include partner for the public sector at IBM Business Consulting Services, as well as senior positions at Compaq Computers, Hedra plc and Ernst & Young. 

Mr Carss was previously a director of Hedra Information Management Services. Mr Carss holds no other directorships and/or partnerships.

No further information falls to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies. Mr Carss has an interest in 151,282 ordinary shares and 1,633,333 options over ordinary shares in the Company.
