Contract Wins

Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), the world's first full service innovation provider offering a full range of consultancy and technology products, is pleased to announce that it has secured two contracts, further highlighting its market leading offering.

The first contract follows an initial consultancy engagement on two specific projects for a US based higher educational institution. The success of those projects and the quality of the service provided by Imaginatik has led the client to retain the Company's services with an ongoing annual contract.

The second contract, signed with a global retail consumer products company following a competitive tender, involves Imaginatik providing its consultancy services in furthering the development and valuation of the client's portfolio of potential future disruptive technologies. This contract exemplifies Imaginatik's global capabilities and represents a further vindication of the Company's innovative approach to product development consultation.
