Board Appointment - Executive Director
Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), a leading provider of idea management software and innovation consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board with immediate effect of Mr. Luis Fernando Solis, as President North America. Mr. Solis has worked with the Company as a consultant since 2009 and has been a member of the Imaginatik management team since July 2010. The appointment is in line with the Board's commitment to building an experienced executive management team and Board.
Mr. Solis (aged 52) is an experienced global executive and consultant in the collaborative innovation market. He is currently a Director of privately owned Symbius Corporation and LFS & Company, Inc. in North America. His was previously a Director of privately owned GroupSystems Corporation.
Mr. Solis has an interest in 4,000,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company. No further information falls to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
