Appointment of Director

All Asia Asset Capital Limited (AIM: AAA), an investment company focused on investing in the growing markets of Asia Pacific region, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Wai Tak Jonathan Chu as an executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Chu has over twenty years of experience in property investment and asset management, investor relations and corporate finance mostly in Hong Kong. Mr. Chu was a Senior Property Manager at Hon Kwok Land Investments Co. Ltd., a property developer company listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, from September 1988 to April 2004. His responsibilities included heading up the company's overseas asset management department and managed portfolio of assets throughout the Asia Pacific Region, US and Canada. He was a consultant with Ketchum Newscan Public Relations Limited in Hong Kong from December 2009 to February 2011. He was an Investor Relations Manager at Zhengye International Holdings Co. Ltd. from June 2012 to October 2013 and an Investor Relations Manager at Modern (HR) Limited from August 2011 to April 2012, both companies listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, in which he was responsible for their investor relations programmes and sourcing of institutional investors.

Mr. Chu received his BA (Hons) in Economics and Social Studies from the University of Manchester and a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from the City University of Hong Kong. He has also been a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals since 2006.

As at the date of this announcement Mr. Chu does not hold any shares, or rights over shares, in the Company.
