7digital (AIM: 7DIG), the global leader in B2B end-to-end digital music solutions, has received notification that Mr Joseph Samberg has transferred 100,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Shares") to The Joe and Sandy Samberg Foundation, Inc. by means of a charitable contribution for no consideration, as detailed in the standard forms for notification set out below.
