Dublin, Ireland | 1 June 2017: C&C Group plc announces that the price of a New Share in respect of the Final Dividend Scrip Alternative for the financial year ending 28th February 2017 will be  €3.403120. As the cash dividend is 9.37 cent per share, the entitlement will be one New Share for every 45.399146 shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and one New Share for every 36.319317 shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
