2014 Interim Dividend

Further to the announcement on 16 May 2014 of the half year results for the six months to 31 March 2014 Grainger announces that the interim dividend of 0.61p per share will be paid on 4 July 2014 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 6 June 2014.
