£6.7m of gains realised from sale of four small projects

U+I (LSE:UAI), the specialist regeneration developer and investor, is pleased to announce the sale of four small legacy projects generating development and trading gains of £6.7 million, in line with the FY 2018 guidance provided for disposals of 'other projects'.

This takes the level of gains delivered since the start of our financial year to £16.1 million and demonstrates further progress on its strategy.

Matthew Weiner, Chief Executive, said:

"These disposals take us closer to realising our full year guidance of £65-£70 million of development and trading gains as outlined in our October interim results. We remain confident of meeting this target and look forward to updating shareholders on further positive progress in due course."
