Hi guys, I emailed BOU regarding the lack of any updates and got the update emailed to me from Tim, I too think that there is good news on the horizon. Damn COVID ,I hope there is a lot of truth in this being the reason for delays , along with other things but with regards to the info given there really isn’t any negatives(apart from delays) in there , Bod working hard , with target , news hopefully new year, all sounds like there is still a plan and it’s hopefully coming together for us, fingers crossed guys and here’s to a happy Xmas and new year!

Hi all, totally forgot about the holding I have/had in bou ...if anyone can advise I would be great full...after looking at my HL account there is no showing of any of my shares. What has happened to them and if anything does actually happen with this company will my shares show up again in my account?

Never been in this situation before in shares so how will this work if the rto goes through? And surely the sp will take a big dip if the news drops and it opens at anything over 1p, everyone will sell very quickly???

If the rto goes ahead and when the suspension is lifted will bou have a new identity and the sp be at the new price? And yes 1p+ would be very nice!

I hope your right Jace86, thanks for your response. There is always two sides to a story though and I hope our story is the one with a happy ending.

On the other side of that OzayrK could be right, but we are all in this for the reward if this comes off and we all know the risks. Naturally as time goes by and we get ever nearer to a deadline date for the rto people, including myself, get a bit jittery. I mean, if this rto doesn’t come off I don’t see a future for bould, it’s all or nothing imo!

Jt14..he could be in this for a personal tax save, he’s done that before and not been straight all of the time in his business dealings.

So most on here trust Antos then and believe his intentions are nothing but good for the company? As time goes by I get more suspicious, willing to see this out, like people have said the rewards could be massive but I’ve learnt from previous investments never expect the expected! Fingers crossed the outcome is better than “the expected”.

“Funds for the fight” I hope and not “funds for the beer and hotels”...seen it before with ****ty mysq!! Staying positive here though, if they can fight this and win we all will be winners.

That’s how I read it so maybe that’s a reason for the decent sp rise so far this morning.

Very frustrated waiting for news here, first time posting on the OEX chat , there was plenty of talk of OEX being the share of 2019 by a few on twitter and after some research I decided to have a punt a while ago. IMO things did look good for a decent return on my investment “IF” things went to plan but unfortunately, as with many other aim companies, those plans have not come to fruition. Thankfully I didn’t put thousands in here but still not happy with a loss, I’m not wanting to lose here so will stick it out hoping for some good news to come. GLA

Whatever it means it doesn’t sound very good to me....just another piece of negative news. I just see those two in that interview the other day, probably lying through their teeth. They knew what was happening back then, surely!! If this company was a sick pet I’m pretty sure the vet would know what to do..I can’t see a way back if I’m honest from here, put it down to experience!! Just put us out of our misery MYSQ!

I read as, we know the result and are asking for all documentation because we don’t agree with the outcome, that the judge has gone against us...maybe that’s the glass half empty in me! Lol

From the last rns I don’t think it’s good news, does anyone else read it that way?
