my 100,000 buy at 13.02 is showing as a "Sell".

I placed an order for 300k shares @ 0.7 around 4pm today via my Barclays Smart Investor account and it expired. Are the shares in HNG really that hard to buy. I already have a 200k holding. I know that HNG hasn't billions of shares on the market but I was genuinely surprised that my measly order hadn't been executed. Is this a fault that can be laid @ Barclays door???
