So in the pandemic year profits are down by only 1.1%. Effectively making it the worst-case scenario. We know this year will be better, especially with Cu prices much higher.

This is oversold. Next is a well-run company so moving forward SP should continue to rise.

It just seems hot air to me. There's always been some level on negativity towards this project. They're not going to shut it down as it would give bad press to their government (like the Junta days). Plus Atalaya had to abide by environmental rules to stat the project anyway.

I can see the mine closing after all the efforts to get it open that took years. Plus it would make so many people lose their jobs. I see it as just noise.

That should just be a formality. I see the SP hasn't taken into account the past 2 years profits.

Excuse my ignorance as I've not been as closely following this as I used to but don't they have all the mining permits as they've been mining for years.

I think now ATYM are making good profits and CU prices are starting to rise, or at worst bottomed the SP should rise. There doesn't seem to be any issues in the pipeline other than trade deals that could have an influence on SP. Although anything negative seems to be priced in as the SP is still below £3.
