Basic demand vs stock. Oilex isn’t worth anymore money than it was a few weeks ago and therefore can’t be priced in to give it a rise. As Targaryen said,
traders can’t afford to wait that long as they depend on quick day to day profits so sold and moved on.

Align believe there is going to be another cash raising, which maybe others agree, hense not a large some of buys in return.
