Seems like a decent set of results to me. Decent footfall, gone from 21mil bank debt to 4.2mil cash flow, and renewed interest in the refurbed sites.

Talks started at like 11am GMT, and are still ongoing, as of 14:51 they were about to start the 3rd round of negotiating.
