Is it correct that a listing in U.S has to be at a minimum of $1.00 and must keep above this figure ?

I very rarely post on here, mainly for the reason that the science is beyond my comprehension.
However, my wife and I ( both shareholders for many years ) decided to attend the AGM on Monday and so glad we made the effort. There was clearly a feeling of positivity at the meeting and we were really impressed with L.D. It was interesting to hear Diigles comment about his excitement about Scancell too. Correct me if I’m wrong, but are we now manufacturing our vaccines at the Oxford facility in order to expedite the process?

After holding this share for many years I have decided to attend the AGM in a couple of weeks time. Can anyone tell me what the protocol is for attending ?
