IMO, get in to a good stock when is bitten down and is unloved. Then sit and wait, it generally takes time.

If you are chasing advancing stocks you need to time it properly and read the charts, this takes experience, else is buying high - selling low in panic.

CLON is not likely to go much lower than 0.4p atm. Upside potential is much higher than downside risk. I know we want to get rich quick but patience is the key. GL.

Look at the figures quoted for potential gold in the area ... £2.25 - £3.75 Billion and this is based on 500k ounces, which as Ocelot pointed out earlier is an old 2010 estimate.

Somebody is loading up ... 1 mil, 2 mil, 3 mil ... and all large trades are at the bid (i.e. sells being hoovered up)

That is 250 - 416 times the current ALBA MCAP of £9 million.

That is a mega-bagger.

These are estimates ofcourse. Final figure depends on what they will uncover ... but the potential is huge.

The re-rate only just started.

Sampling results may not be available for a few weeks (around a month or so) and the wording in the RNS got the short term traders to bail out at the same time reversing the current SP advance, but IMO this is only a short term correction.

The SP advance can resume at any time, other news on other assets are possible. Also, when the press picks up on the Clogau works expect some coverage which could be explosive.

At £1500/ounce that equates to £750 million.

Add Clogau premium of 3-5 times and that is an astonishing £2.25 to £3.75 billion!

Even a fraction of that is many times the Alba current MCap.

Alba already found gold samples in the early exploration in 2019, but have not really advertised that ... should have been beating the tramps ... but didn't - because they are rarely upbeat!

I just wish GF was more bullish about things, but It is what it is ... the SP will eventually catch up. Re-rate has begun and IMO is upwards from here..

The estimate in The Telegraph is worth £750 million priced at normal Gold value. Add Clogau premium (3-5 times) and is anywhere between £2.25 - £3.75 BILLION. Compare this to the tiny Alba MCAP. Add UK and Greenland assets and we have potential for a mega-bagger here.

At Clogau Alba are using modern exploration techniques which are far superior to those of the past. They should be able to find the gold, what ever there is under there.

Ian, the exploration has started on or around 1st September, see 14th August RNS.

The drilling is being done under permitted development. Is the trenching that needs approval and apparently it has been approved with conditions.

Currently this premium is up to 30 times normal gold, see link below. This premium will reduce to 3-5 times once production starts.

Banan, all funding is in place, just had a placing. All planning permissions given. Exploration started. Possible RNS on Monday morning.
