During the period we continued to advance our discussions with counterparties for both feedstock and offtake.



In July 2022 we signed a partnership agreement with Traxys, a leading global physical trader and merchant in metals and natural resources, with annual turnover in excess of USD 8 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, Traxys will source and supply lithium feedstock for our processing facilities.



In August 2022 we announced the signing of an MoU with Weardale Lithium as a potential feedstock supplier from its lithium project in the North-East of England.



We are currently in advanced discussions with several other potential suppliers of spodumene concentrate and crude lithium carbonate and look forward to updating the market on this in due course.

TVL and Wave will now look to fast track the development of TVL's lithium hydroxide processing facility with the initial focus being on Front End Engineering Design (FEED), the formation of an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) team for train 1 and the continued development of the electrochemical process route.

TVL is moving quickly to establish Europe's first and largest lithium hydroxide processing hub at Teesside in the North East of England.

By utilising a state of the art electrochemical route powered by low-cost green energy, TVL will be supplying the UK and Europe with 96,000tpa of low-carbon, battery grade lithium hydroxide - equivalent to 15% of European demand.

Since February, TVL has announced a site location, released a Class 4 Feasibility Study with testwork validated by cathode active material manufacturers and signed partnership agreements with global metals trader Traxys and local lithium producer Weardale Lithium, in addition to one of the world's largest energy mulinationals, bp.

TVL continues to make great strides on multiple fronts and looks forward to providing the market with updates on further developments in the coming weeks.

We are also advancing discussions with financiers for the funding of its LSM and LHM processing facilities and has received significant inbound interest including from private equity, structured bond providers and institutions.

14mil mcap - £216million full funding in Q1

I keep thinking - after the £216 is recieved, derisking the path to be a major lithium supplier for the UK and Europe - at £10 pound were have a 72mil mcap - that wont be overvalued, and people/intuitions investing at that price will still have futher upside to come when production starts

If were at a 60mil mcap £8 pound after full funding, we're be certainly undervalued at less than 1/3rd the funding amount

50mil mcap - 3x+ from here, would look stupidly cheap and would be disconnected from the company at less than 25% of the funds recieved

15 mil mcap for now - nothing goes up in a straight line and the chart had to consolidate - but ALK still has multiples to yield between now and receiving the £216million

Europe has 0 lithium production

When ALK is in full production, it will still only be 15% of Europe's demand

It's expected to see more of these projects being built around Europe - and we're lucky to buying ALK while it was sub 20mil mcap

Sibanye is building in France, will be doing the same but has a 6bn mcap - they have a few other very large producing assets

The closest comparison in rocktech with a circa 250mil mcap

And i believe green lithium are not listed yet

This is all still just a long pre rise - we’re back to sub 17mil mcap - less than 1/11th of the funding amount to be recieved in Q1 - still cheap and early

People are asking me to stop posting abou ALK so they can get a cheaper entry

F that - this is one of the most obviously fantastic investments iv come across in years and it’s been a terrible market for the last two years

Mcap still 16x less than the funding amount due to be received - the profits that generated in the first year of production are more than 10x the current mcap alone - we then build to 600mil EBITDA per annum

Short mid and long term multibagger £3 is still sub 20mil mcap and less than 1/10th of the funding to be recieved

It’s completely derisked them to start producing 160mil EBITDA per annum from 2024 and to build from there towards a 600mil annul EBITDA

The worlds having an electric and green revolution and Europe is far behind

The quesions around wether it's greener if it comes from China or Australia is why Europe need to start building at home

Still getting my head around - I get to invest in Europe's first lithium refinery when its worth less than 14mil - when we know £216 is coming - derisking them to supply 15% of Europe

It's made more than half my PF look like more risk and less reward - nothing in a straight line and many are saying Shhh for not - but at £8.50 well have a circa 60mil mcap - less than 1/3rd of the funding amount - can't see how that's not hit after funds are recieved

Even to be sub 20mil mcap now - less than 1/10th of the funding amount - were still so cheap at 16x less than the funding we’re receive in Q1
