I agree 0.5% profit, wont get the money for at least 5 weeks, works out about 5 % over the year. It must be a tough market if they are happy with 5% returns, i can get more than that from my shares isa.

Dk over half way? , considering he owns 27 % and the half way point is 37.5%, the difference isn't huge, its the second 37.5% That might be problematic.

Why the stress? £3.68. Or improved offer, only two choices, personally its a win win, as it depends on your average

Remember just recently murdoch tried to buy out rightmove at least a couple of times, also direct line refused aviva bid, i think it is quite common. Would be surprised if kretinsky walked away if it was refused the hoops he has had to jump through, the time, and great expense in fees he has already paid. Personally im not voting yes till at least £4 has been offered ,. Another 400 million in uso savings a year has been announced since his offer.

If the big holders of ids shares were happy at £3.68 why have they waited at least six months to exept the offer? They could have cashed in at £3.65 three months ago and moved on. Just a thought, maybe im wrong.
