The events of today are extraordinary. Investors have been totally blind-sided. We are either looking at incompetence or daylight robbery. Either way, JM is in the chair and cannot be allowed to sit in it comfortably / swan off with his IIs in to the sunset with our company on the cheap.
Could a large number of shareholders - PIs and possibly others - make his life uncomfortable?
100% I would like to report JM to the FCA.
It is a total disgrace what has happened today. Incompetence at the very best. But I fear it is worse than that - it smells like fraud.
How do you go from talking re-rate, and on time/on budget to this in the space of a month?
You don't. It's totally bent.

Quite how the CEO can say on an investor call only a month ago that all is on track and he expects to see a re-rate as we near production - is totally beyond comprehension.
The RNS is worded very strangely. Do we need 35% of capex budget remaining to be spent? or the total capex budget? How?
A sulphuric stench of something rotten billowing off this on.
Agreed. I think JM got a severe case of deal fatigue and was rogered by some very big beasts.
My fear is that those beasts, or AN Other offer him a cosy deal and a big seat at the table going forward - following a take out at a knock-down price.
Great interview. Lots to come here. "Big Upside accross the property package".
Looking forward to getting stuck in to the 8 zone.
Top up time.
Just can't see the big deal with GH capitalising on years of graft now he is out of the company.
He's created a bundle of value for shareholders and himself.
Why wouldn't you cash in some of your chips to treat yourself and the family to the good life?
By my reckoning he still has 50m shares in the mix to ride things through to the end game - should he so choose.
The amount of shares GH holds and what he does with them hasn't reduced by 1oz the extraordinary resource we have discovered, and the potential to come at Hav and elsewhere.
Good luck to you GH - ENJOY! Legend. You've more than earned it.
I hear people complaining about his share buy when the price was in freefall. I thought that was a quality move, designed to give shareholders a reassuring hug from someone in the know. No doubt that would have stopped certain weaker holders from selling their shares too cheaply. Absolute class.
Once the debt drops in this will really move. The BoD havent been hanging around.
This share moves fast when it goes. You may recall the spike of autumn last year...(it hurt if you got caught on it at north of 60p).
