Any experts here need 1 reason why Tm1 takeover Recyclus did not materialise .Why they had to change to RTO ?Which still on brakes ? You need to dig deeper and check the Recyclus shareholders and even deeper to see the directors appointed and resigned .

Do not be tricked about this is bottom bottom is 0 and the Seller control and have the key for the gates .If they want can bring this down to whatever price suits them .

Li-cycle do not have any black mass refining factories that are operating .None zilch .One was to be build in US postponed at the moment price went over 1 billion so its on hold .You are getting confused with battery crush sites that ate producing black mass .
