Cut long story short AMTE was sold for peanuts .Active CEO was appointed as director in the co.pany that bought out AMTE .hahaha you have to love this yes all legit 50 mil book value sold for 2 mil to cover debt and save few jobs all shareholders Pi wiped out in the process never mind dodgy placing etc .
