It’s so unusual for tlou to miss a timeline set by themselves, maybe funding will get signed off before Christmas if we are lucky!

Feels like the Egyptian asset isn’t liked by the market! The bod have let shareholders down here this year with regards to the sp progression (or lack of), the options they took have also had a detrimental effect on the sp, I’m betting a decision on Jamaica will be delayed, add to that the crown delay and Italy delay and I think we will see the sp hit 2p soon unfortunately. It’s been as much of a let down as tlou and that is saying something.

What is it going to take to move this in the right direction?

I’d forgot about those matched trades. The majority of newbies to the stock market will lose their funds in a matter of months chasing the next best thing!

I’m not worried about the funding winni, it’s more about how fast they get boots on the ground and get moving once funding is signed off! After all this time I would like to think boots on the ground would be straight away but this is tlou and we do nothing fast!

I have a feeling you may be right! If they don’t start anything until the new year, that would be a big disappointment after all this waiting! Get the funding and go hard at it from the get go!

What are people’s thoughts on the broker note?
I’m not that excited by it (obv)because 12-13p is a bit measly and the actual sp will only be around half of that value or less as you never reach the top of a broker valuation. Also not pleased that they will probably be coming back to shareholders again but that was inevitable I suppose!

Just like to add to my last comment that when you have the management making comments like Colm’s famous one, you can’t help thinking we must be close but then we all know how that turned out! So it’s not just my timescales that are out it’s also the management that have given us false hopes at times that have to shoulder some of the blame as to unrealistic timescales! Anyway hopefully we can plough on ahead and get connected to the grid in the NOT TO DISTANT FUTURE!!!

I think most long term investors here winni would have thought that we would be much more advanced than we currently are! Not just myself!

I like your honesty as always thornback, I not that surprised by the somewhat muted reaction but would have liked a bigger reaction if I’m honest, a large trade from yesterday is showing, that is quite a big one! Someone is confidant! Once the funding is agreed we might see 4.5-5 p area reached! Have to wait and see I suppose.
