I contacted the FCA about a similar situation about a year ago, still waiting for a reply, my guess is that the management within the FCA get a kickback for turning a blind eye.

BOE, Treasury,FCA , MM'S all on the same page, imagine if these shares were allowed to rise without their tampering, it would give the Chancellor another headache. It's all about controlling the flow of money.

Let a few elites in on the old mates rates scheme, because they won't impact the economy, but shaft all the hardworking, conscientious investors because we can't allow too many of them to retire early and enjoy the trappings of the rich.

Is there a potential BTC Treasury policy to be bolted on to the new company?

Reason I suggest this is I have shares in SWC , they purchased a further 275 BTC last week bringing their BTC total up to 1000. The 275 BTC were purchased at $108k , BTC is now teading near to $121k so SWC are potentially slush with money.

It is helping to raise the profile of their business and they intend using funds to buy businesses aligned to their bespoke Web company.

Apologies for slight off topic but I see many businesses adopting this model to generate income and exposure, It is forecast that BTC will hit $1 mil sooner than the market is prepared for, the numbers are mind-boggling.

If Mirriad taps into this in the early stages it could turbo charge their finances , a re rate has got to happen from here.

This board is a breath of fresh air ,serious debate on the pros and cons of BTC treasury, C.E.O's integrity, keep throwing stuff in guys it's healthy to get different opinions.

I have been ripped to pieces for having an opinion that does not sit well with people who ramp , in fact I find rampers more dangerous than the trolls that try to put you off investing.

Just another snippet of my experience this week , I am invested in SWC after careful scrutiny of all these new BTC Treasury models that seem to be En vogue at the moment.

Like most shares another of my risky endeavours to make back some losses, so after seeing the pullback of this share I gave it another look, got in at £3 and in a week now worth £3.95, the interesting thing is reading articles by Michael Saylor (Strategy) and Andrew Webley (CEO SWC). I am convinced this will be the universally accepted digital currency ,dominant across all market formats. Webley purchased another 275 BTC this week at $107k a coin, BTC is now trading at $118k,so he's up $3mil this week ,but it is the exposure to his Web business that has been afforded by all the media attention. He is now looking at three or four acquisitions and he is upping the bidding to buy quality businesses, all afforded by the risk he took in embracing the bitcoin Treasury model.

If that kind of focus is adopted by other C.E.O's it is a win win situation for every one invested, Saylor boldly predicts there will be no Bear market again and BTC will hit 1million USD sooner than we think. Ofc all of this could blow up in their faces and there could be a Megaquake reaction and turmoil on a global scale,..so keeping it real is probably a good idea and know when to walk away with what you are happy with.

Miri's true or intrinsic value must surely be nearer to the April price range of between .25p -.35p in fact it looked to be rising before the sudden collapse, we will know what the market thinks when they release news.

Thanks for the advice Max appreciate your concerns, I have reduced my holding. I like to tour with my mates around the U.K. and Europe on my Z1000sx, also play guitar and go to music gigs, as for being negative?, hmmm,....maybe cautious where money is involved, but I am comfortable semi retired , have a good day.

Thank you for a very well balanced post this morning. Totally agree with your reasoning and will add that if you have any doubts when investing in a company even after heavily researching that company, you should take a step back look at your investment and ask the question "am I comfortable with the amount of money I have risked here". We can all get sucked in and carried away with piling money in to a stock on the back of it's steady rise, I broke my own rule with this one by averaging up.

Thank you again for pointing out the CEO's track record ,in many cases of investing in companies this goes with the territory, but as you paraphrased someone else's analogy, yes it wont effect our fortunes if we hit the motherlode.

I recently pulled all my money from L BTC, the young CEO Hew Rattray seems very switched on, I thought it was a masterstroke grabbing the ticker London Bitcoin Company and planning to launch on Nasdaq in September, mining their own BTC ,surely the number one "go to " place as a Treasury play.

Alas another name was dropped on me on that board DL, I enquired who is DL?,.....a prompt reply uttered the name "Lenigas "and when I looked him up I was immediately gripped with fear, his previous involvement with companies appeared to show his liking for dilutive strategies, it was not a good read. As it turns out he has put money in to L BTC, but his past is proving to have a negative effect on shareholder sentiment for the stock, I think that is a temporary blip and it will gain some traction as the summer draws to a close.

I am mindful of posting information that may upset some shareholders, apologies in advance , I am not a ramper or de ramper , just being realistic and pitching in my very real experience as an investor, I like many invested here, wait in anticipation of news that will push the share price higher, after all that is the whole point of us risking money in the first place.

I still believe this share has a long way to go and will make people very comfortable, as has been already stated , if it's in the ground in quality and quantity , the names Poulden and Lenigas won't matter a jot to those invested here.

Careful using that word hope, it smacks of desperation on these markets . If you are invested here you just chill and build a holding,.. those that do research will be comfortable with their investment ,look in occasionally and not use emotive words ,probably not bother to use this site to be honest.

LTH's don't hope or wish they commit a level of risk and let it grow over time, if your a hope or wish kind of investor you are already going to lose money.

New investors won't be prejudice to past performance. If this is a genuine fresh start we will witness a new dynamic.

I hope that LTH'S who may well be under water, see this as a new start and if they have the resources what better opportunity than now to seriously average down nearer to where the S.P. sits currently.

I think that is a reasonable assessment of where we are possibly heading, next week will be interesting.

Had a re read of the RNS and looked at the RembrandtAI site, so if we focus on Europe and the Mid East and leave the JV partner to push product in the U.S that could easily put the company back on course to re rate back to where we were in April.

Anything above that would be a bonus that you can not rule out with sentiment alone, plus any contracts won would help to stimulate more interest. I noticed on the 2 days this week when we hit 15% and moved up the leaderboard there was a sudden increase in buying, one can only imagine a couple of days next week where we repeat the same gains this share will be on the radar because it will still be a very cheap entry point for many.

I have been watching this share for a few weeks, finally bought in about a week ago.

Definitely a LTH if news is positive on the drilling but like all mining high risk high reward.

But I like what I have researched so far, so hopefully we strike gold , I added 2 .5k on Friday afternoon will probably top up Monday as I can see the clammer for the limited amount of shares available sending the price to higher levels.

Through adopting the BTC Treasury model successfully executed by Michael Saylor (Founder of Micro strategy) Andrew Webley has been able to give greater exposure to SWC as the U.K.s equivalent. Clear advantages for SWC is they now have an enormous lead over other companies who have jumped on the BTC Treasury bandwagon.

As the rival companies make huge claims to investors and fail to deliver, many of those investors are jumping ship and investing their money in SWC, there is clearly going to be only one winner in this race,...it already feels like last seasons Premier League at mid season.

Yes there will be other successful companies that grow at a slower rate adopting BTC Treasuries,..but in this fast pace world people want results now ,not tomorrow. Webley seems very much in tune with how to grow his business rapidly and I wouldn't bet against a relisting on the FTSE 100 soon.

Every so often a small start up enters the stock market and in no time develops into a Unicorn, SWC to many achieved that with it's monumental gains from 3p to £5.50 in 8 weeks,..could it now grow into a Decacorn?
