I just see a similar pattern to DGI where Martin Boughtwoods wife was selling after positive news.

Eventually the board got to the bottom of why the share price was not rising on good news and Boughtwood resigned, but an estimation of the selling by his wife and consequently the another trusted shareholders actions kept the SP at .09p and one of the directors quoted that the SP would have been nearer .59p but for her reckless actions.
