Oliver Hasler, executive chairman of PYX Resources, presents 1H24 Results. Watch the interview here.
If holders panic and sell their shares, they will do. Sometimes when the stream is flowing rapidly it’s best to ride the waves.
If you believe, a good opportunity to add more and average down at these prices. Presently showing MCap of £3m!! Really!! That is, if you believe, DYOR
They need 75% of the votes to get this through. Do they have enough?
Also, this is not the first Pharma company to delist in 2024 for the reasons of better access to capital and because as a listed company the MCap is way below what the company is worth. The company might do better as an unquoted company and will at least reduce cash burn by not being on AIM.
Will Canmax really vote for Prem to raise extra money to repay GRs loan at this juncture? Surely he should wait until production is in full swing
Excellent content of the presentation yesterday even if Lorna looked as though she was in a rush and also fiddling with her mouse (ew) when the questions were being read out. Great content but awful body language- the dip in the SP because of body language is a buying opportunity for smarter investors.
MFAI will accrue US$5.7m (say £5m sterling eqt) when IR buys Landvault. This is an all share transaction, but even then this is double MFAIs current market cap. If IR does list on Nasdaq then this should be at a premium and cash will be within the investment interests held by MFAI. As I see it, at worst MFAIs market cap should double but it could (with a IR Nasdaq listing) go a lot higher. I haven’t even factored in MFAIs other investments. I’m struggling to see the downside from the current position and am baffled the SPhas not gone above 2p a share. I’m sure other posters can enlighten me and tell me what I’m missing. DYOR and all IMO
Dare I say it, I agree with Davey50. The RNS today tells us nothing we didn’t already know; the 2 patent applications are provisional. The purpose of this RNS is to create a buying frenzy to pump the price so that later today the placees can sell into it.
You’re being a bit lazy there mate, DYOR and make your decision. Yesterday’s Investor Meet Company presentation yesterday might be a good place to start. Stating the obvious, best case is there is loads of helium and we will all make a fortune, worse case is the helium that is there is none commercial and they have to walk away.
EU bans Russian helium, a rare commodity. Russia sells within BRICS and the global south. Due to self imposed restriction in supply, cost of HE1 in EU countries rockets. What a bunch of morons that run the EU. Great for HE1 shareholders though if the EWT is successful- just makes the investment case more compelling IMO
Why is Dr C free to buy again now? What marked the end of the closed period for Dr C?
I thought this would bounce as the SP is now significantly below the recent placing price. The bit in the AGM statement that most shocked me was the ‘of which we have limited visibility’. How are potential investors supposed to assess that? I will not invest in the hope that the SP recovers, the company now needs to show us the money - meaningful RNS with revenue producing contracts that are specific and not vague rather than all the LinkedIn postings and self congratulatory waffle. I’m afraid LovableLomax is right on this and 2phevs needs to take the blinkers off.
TBF, the company signposted the funding issue a while ago and it was inevitable that a placing was going to arrive at some point- that’s why the company is on AIM. It’s the massive discount that is annoying but then again this repeats the pattern of several other discounted placings on other shares this year. Being a PI buying AIM shares is like a game of musical chairs; just don’t be left holding the shares when the placing RNS lands. For those that are, there should be a significant purchase push as current holders seek to limit the damage by averaging down. IMO anything under 0.2p is a good entry point for a new investor - though, heaven knows how long the £1.8 m will last. Desperately need revenue generating contract news.
Oh, and perhaps a company name change too?
This new project becomes investable IMO only when there is confirmation of funding. I suppose you could take a punt now in anticipation they’ll get the required funding, but if that includes discounted placing shares you’ll probably get in cheaper later. In outline though I like the opportunity. Echo is to become the pilot fish feeeding off the sharks (eg Hochschild et al in this analogy) leftovers, which could result in a nice little business with a relatively low cost base - just sort the funding asap
The presentation this afternoon should be useful in terms of clarification of recent developments and the outlook for the next 18 months. Put simply though I think everything from here relies on the recovery of the price of vanadium; as such to me this seems to be a glory or bust share. So I’m on board with a small investment that I expect to either lose or multi bag - I could lose 100% but could multi bag a lot more. You have to be in it to wi it, innit
Openheimer, if you dump I’ll dump, but you haven’t have you? If you have, why are you still here?
Lol, you know this is massive, Bushveld has now got time back in its side and when the vanadium prices recover the SP rise from here will blow the bloody doors off. IMO and DYOR
Agreed, but hopefully a positive RNS prior to the interview, otherwise why bother doing the interview if there is nothing new to say?
GKG’s words “on the verge of generating cash flows”. Getting closer, how much closer? Hopefully some real developments before DE’s Stockbox interview so that he has something new to say.
I might add more, the CD has moved on to Def Leppard's Rocket.
