I’m guessing if the BoD do exercise the Put option, then CDT would have to issue some sort of RNS?

….so we are £2M plus into the original investment and have paid a further £400K for the Put Option, (which I assume is gone and non-refundable?). Don’t understand what we are waiting for? At least if we exercise the option will bring some value to the original investment and then it’s just an awaiting game?!?!?

Just over 48hrs at current CDT SP, the BoD need to exercise the PUT Option, at this point Vela will a maximum fixed number of shares, then it just a waiting syme! 🤩 GLA

People have suggested Vela Av down now, not sure we have the cash to do it?!?! 🙄

Sorry to clarify, sale the required number of shares to recover initial investment, but only when the CDT SP recovers ($15 plus) or sale minimum amount as and when to keep the lights on! 😊 GLA
