It clearly stated ithat a new direction to drive shareholder return would be announced by the end of 2023 … we’re still waiting

Maybe they are waiting until the 2nd of January so momentum will continue throughout the week

Hot tip?

Not sure what RNS you’ve read buddy but it’s far from a hot tip even if it was “leaked early”

If someone came to me and gave me that info as a ‘hot’ tip I’d be fuming! The news was nothing more than a nod to shareholders to effectively say we’re still here, money at present is fine and we’re still working on the end goal!

You and I have both been in NFX long enough to know these price movements happen every so often it’s the nature of small caps! And could be down to 100s reasons

This isn’t going to be a quick buy shares and get the price up, reducing the shares in issue is going to be invaluable in the future and in 10 years times if the company get to where they want we could see some dividends and will be extremely thankful for the reduction as it means we get paid more. I’ve been keeping track of the buy back and will post the figures on a Friday if people feel it useful

I brought in when this was Eddie stobart and truthfactory was spouting his rubbish about how we were all going to loose our money .. I’m happy to say I didn’t and the profit here is looking healthy

I personally feel this is one to just forget about for a while, check in every now and then but don’t expect it to moon overnight

Nice I’m glad it came before April! I was trying trying manage my expectations so I wasn’t disappointed

Maybe it’s a way of softening the inevitable news of we are behind schedule again

Either way communication is communication and as long as they keep us in the loop I’m happy to sit and wait

As time ticks on buy I think we won’t hear anymore on the share buyback until final results in April

Be interesting to see the success of the investments made, I know FIF is due to realise there results next Monday
