Roger, the big boys are still in and we know the 4M sell had no TR1 so maybe....just maybe? If the company has a future someone who buys at this price will pick up a bargain. The drop on so few trades would suggest that there are a few sell orders waiting to be filled. At least the boards minds will be focused on trying to find a solution. It will be a shame if this ends badly, they do have 2 really good products.

I was expecting a TR1 on the sale of 4M shares. Not good news, but not as bad as I first feared.

Roger, if there is only one bidder he or she will want to get the company for as little as possible after all this is business. More than one interested party and we could see a good price paid. We could soon be at the point when no news is good news and the financial statement was issued with the sole intention of getting control of the company cheap. Sales figures will prove whether that was the case.

Well Peel Hunt are happy to hold 15% of the company so I am as unsure about things as I have been for months now. Since there is no news to go on you could simply flip a coin.

Just for balance. I do not know how much the board are being advised by WH Ireland who are the NOMAD for the company. They nearly went bust in July and had a placing at a huge discount ( over 80% ). Board resignations followed, so a new set of top people are now in place.

This yo yoing with the TR1s is strange. It shows there is no panic selling and no pump and dump. The reasons are a mystery to me. The company continues with the "no comment" stance so that shareholders like the police see such a stance as dodgy and an admission of guilt. At the moment shareholders see no news as bad news and the company is determined to keep people in the dark.

I would have thought that any increase in holding would be good news. There has to be an RNS from the company soon.

Well 3 months have passed so it is reasonable to assume that the 3rd quarter VAT refund has been paid by now. The financial statement did state that when payment was received the amount would be enough to last at least 8 weeks. I would imagine that there is loads going on behind the scenes and any RNS from the information shy BOD would be very welcome.

Can we presume that the VAT refund has been payed which means the company is OK until at least March? I would still like to know the amount though, why keep it a secret?

If he does move there will be no great loss. A win win for Verditek.

If true it will do Verditek no harm to have such a high value contact. Maybe this is the reason for the rally on Thursday?

Well it was their decision to make. One thing I do know is that if the sell off between 9 and 10am today was an attempt to drop the share price it did not work. Still time left today though. I have a feeling there will be another such try on Monday. If the price holds after that the share price will be on more firmer ground.

Who dumps 2.7M shares at .15p? You can not describe this share as boring. Frustrating or enigmatic yes, but not boring.

18m shares bought on no news does not happen by chance. I am of the opinion that someone is building a stake or larger stake here. If there is to be a power struggle, every share will count. If not, then today has shown that there is a huge appetite for this company's shares if some good news is announced. Lets see where we are at the end of trade tomorrow, holding above .2 will make next week very interesting. .25 and we could be on for a decent rally. Some positive announcement tomorrow and .4 would definitely be within reach.

Someone knows something and it is looking good. If good news is confirmed then this share has a long way to go on the upside.

Hold the front page. I am now in profit from the shares I bought yesterday. I am listening to Madonnas "like a virgin" and am unsure how to cope with these feeling.

I know that I have stated that I own too many shares in this car crash of a company but at this price I could not resist buying some more. Only a small amount in value so we will see. I have not made any money on any of my trades so far, but I would like to tell my grandchildren that I made some money on at least one trade on Verditek. Even if the company goes belly up, the value of the company has got to exceed the market cap at the moment.

Was Gavin ousted or did he resign ? To be fair he backed the company with his own money and is facing a huge loss at the moment. If he resigned because he could not take the smell anymore, after the AGM and now this resignation the boards control is basically zero. A spiteful announcement may be coming.

Going on the saying "it is better having someone inside the tent peeing out, than have someone outside the tent peeing in" Gavin may be a bit of a headache for the board. If sales are going well a take over may be on the cards.
