MH wants people to sell their GBP shares to buy GGP shares, where he is clearly invested......hence the price in GGP goes up so he wins, and the price for GBP goes down and he wins again as he wants to buy these cheap?

Lets see what the position is in a years time......I bet you GBP has a higher increase in that time than GGP
