I can see there's more than plenty sense in what you are saying Sanyo, is there also anything in the financial sense side of things that by easing the dividend back in it shows an intent but by issuing a small dividend there's more capital available to reduce company debts and then hopefully back to a 40 cents divi next year?

Or dreams of it reaching 15.98 to break even lol

Just gob smacking this share. tui post a best ever first quarter with great news about emerging locations and yet the market mongs manage to pick out future concerns that may not even happen and drop the shares 5%. i guess same as before waiting for the war to end and no new one to start

I thought that as well STRAP, for the years of support but then it crossed my mind that 'they' probably dont know we supported them thru the covid thin or maybe even care and theres plenty on the posts over the years that have been buying in and selling out almost every few days and were they supporting or working the systems and thats the game isnt it. i think tho that i take heart in others comments and the figures of how well the company is now doing and just maybe the 2 big wars will end and 9 will become 10 and 12 and 15 and dream of 20 lol kind regards

Thanks for the update mike. am i right in thinking then that we will see a small boost to the share price in those last few days from buyers after the meagre dividend bonus and then back to the general malaise afterwards?

hasnt been mentioned yet regarding the stock shorters but i wondered if whats happened wont be enough to get rid of them and the similarly the miserly dividend offered may not be enough to attract more corporate investors?

ive owned tui since the covid days and all the fun stress and frustration that came with it and have watched this site with interest but never posted. i am a real novice compared to you guys that regularly chat but wondering can you explain to me any benefits to us of a share by back from tui. do we get any preferential rate or or is it pretty much the same as us selling at current rate when all we really need is the share price to rise on our current volume of holdings, thanks
