Lloyds is the top loser in the list!!! Hope the situation changes here and we get better. If not in 2020, at least in 2021.

Most countries started seeing the spread of new virus variant and the news is started spreading... In my opinion, It looks we are going to have some more strict lockdown on the way globally.

Also the new Covid Variant is infecting children and young people, so this could be more disastrous than the previous one if necessary measures were not taken.

Yes, SUFCESSEX, 45p in 2021 is possible. But when in 2021 is the question. With the new CV Variant, 45p looks possible only in 2nd half of 2021. Long way to go!?

It is Challenging and Tough times Globally. The new corona virus variant is infecting kids as well, so all my prayers are everyone should be safe and no more lockdown.

Totally Agree, if we are long here it is cheap.. But with the NEWS headlines "New virus variant continues to spread globally", it is worrying. If the global number increase and new lockdown comes into picture. Then 30p or even less is possible. So holding some spare cash aside.

Any hint of another lockdown in January '21 could spiral it down to deep red rather than anywhere closer to ending higher!

Also, I clearly see the potential to average some more on new bottom soon.. New Covid variant is making the emergency wards full!!!!

We saw 33p on 21-Dec with positive look forward. But things are changing NEGATIVE all OVER AGAIN!
So, in my opinion, anything between 29p to 30p in the New Year.. Winter, New Covid, New BrExit world!!! Gosh save us!!!

It looks like the new COVID has every strength to take LLOY back DOWN TO 30p before the New Year. Already the government is planning on School holidays, not sure what all restrictions are going to come here!!!

VMUK is at the bottom of the Banking sector, but in my opinion, I see VMUK closing above 150p in every other means. Lets see how it goes... Volume comes and it goes UP..

In my opinion, LLOY is going to be the winner among banking sector in the New Year. A possible finish above 40p today and 45p in the New Year is very much possible.

falklandinvestor, it is getting so hard to understand this forum seeing some funny toons ramping wild on onside and talking non-sense de-ramp on the otherside.

BrExit was in picture 11 months before itself. Covid is getting off the radar. Still day on day dump of Lloyds is 4.5% down. That is crazy even for Bank of England to see :D
Hope people talk sensible, so that other can ask sensible questions. Otherwise such questions will come.

Do you think at some point of time Lloyds can become like Lehman brother and collapse?
