I do actually believe in the diamonds (as do many here) but not the cod's wallop you come out with (as do many here).

ASI - I agree with your last assessment except each activity should not be undertaking by one resource at a time. There should be multiple resources working in parallel to minimise the timeline for each activity. So tbh - we should be receiving news imminently that everything has been completed otherwise one has to ask wtf are they doing?
